Adam Cross and the entire Crusader baseball program is one of the premier organizations in the country. I have known Adam for many years, dating back to my time as an assistant coach at the University of Kentucky. In addition to the outstanding coaching and development their staff provides, more importantly to me is the leadership they provide and the solid MEN they help produce. For me, if there is a player in East Tennessee and he plays for the Crusaders, I know this is a player who not only is talented and knows the game, but will be a tremendous person as well.

Crusader players compete at a national level. As a college coach I know they will be more prepared than most to transition into college and the competitive environment that exists here. The instruction that they receive, the schedule they play, and the attention of HOW to do things right makes Crusader players attractive to me as a college coach.

Crusaders Baseball provides a great opportunity for kids to be exposed to very high level baseball. The baseball knowledge and experience they receive is a huge asset towards their development and gives each kid a much better shot at making it to the next level.

When it comes to teaching baseball and teaching young men about life, there is no better organization than Crusaders Baseball. They have the facilities and the teaching to take you to the next level. I have personally been taught by their coaches in the organization and can say that I wish the Crusaders were around when I played travel baseball.

The Crusader program continues to develop young talent year to year and provide opportunities for their athletes in the college ranks. The coaches in the program have the knowledge and background to take each player and develop their individual skillsets to get the most from their talents. The relationship I have built with the program has allowed me to see players at an earlier age and watch them mature both physically and mentally which makes our jobs easier. Thanks for all you guys do and keep up the good work!!

When it comes to youth travel baseball, it doesn’t get much better. The coaches are passionate about helping kids get better. They make it fun, they are filled with energy, enthusiasm and encouragement. Unlike so many other programs, it is NOT over the top. They help with teaching life lessons, teach proper fundamentals all of which is done with a Christian spirit. It’s pretty simple. If the Crusaders were around when my boys played, that’s the organization they would have played for.
